A decade later, Catron was a stuntman and actor in a few Hollywood films and such classic American TV shows as Batman, Bewitched, Land of the Giants, Gomer Pyle, Gunsmoke and Star Trek.

In the color stills available online of him, his eyes are startlingly blue.

He passed away in 1972 before his forty-six birthday.
