Al Urban took these great photographs of Jules Bacon, who was Mr. America in 1943 and appeared on the covers of numerous fitness magazines. He ran a gym in Pennsylvania and wrote articles for Strength and Health magazine for more than twenty years.
He is one of my favorite bodybuilders, as I think his abdomen is a work of art.
