Don Holmes and Rlee Brewer Photographed by Bruce of Los Angeles

In the mid-1950's, Bruce of Los Angeles took these fantastic photographs of Don Holmes and Robert Lee Brewer, who went by "Rlee."

In the image of the models wrestling, Rlee is the man on top. My favorite of these three photographs is the one of Don trying to pull Rlee's leg out from under him, as the image best highlights their outstanding physiques.

I have several photographs of Rlee solo that I will add to the blog in due course; and I've begun a search for more images of Don.
