Kurt Freeman

Kurt Freeman appears in beefcake magazines from the 1950's. My favorite are the ones he did with Bruce of Los Angeles, most notably as the Indian.

Robert Rex

Robert Rex is another one of my favorite beefcake models. I am not completely certain, but think he began modeling in the late 50's and early 60's. I like the tattoos he sports in his later photographs.

Steve Wengryn

Steve Wengryn is one of the most famous beefcake models of the 1950's. He was photographed by many - if not, most - of the groundbreaking beefcake photographers.

This photograph is one of my favorites and is attributed to Whiteman, of whom I know nothing.

Tom de Carlo

This is Tom de Carlo, of whom I know nothing but suspect he modeled during the late 1950's and early 1960's, based on the dates of the magazines I've seen him in.

Raul Pacheco

Raul Pacheco was a bodybuilder featured in muscle magazines dated from the 1950's.

The photo showing his reflection is my favorite of him.

Pat Milo Photographs Al Agar and Bill Coates

Here are three photographs by Pat Milo, arguably one of the most revered beefcake photographers.

Al Agar is laughing behind the camera, while Milo captured Bill Coates twice in the outdoors.

I have many more photographs by Milo and will post them soon.

Harry Anstead

I know nothing of Harry Anstead, but suspect he was photographed in the 1950's.
