Antonio Arabia III (1931 to 1993) makes his premiere on this blog with these photographs of David Oakes likely taken on Arabia's property outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Little is known about Arabia, who was a tavern owner in West Chester. Photography was apparently his hobby.
In 2004, his entire body of work - nearly 6,000 prints, slides and negatives - was acquired by a private collector intent on keeping Arabia's collection intact for the enjoyment of future generations.
I look forward to seeing more of Arabia's work.
