Bob Mizer's note at the bottom left helpfully explains his numbering system: "First number under picture identifies photo. The last number is that of the catalog page (or pages) which illustrate more photos of the model. Each catalog page: 10 cents."

I have had for a very long time this photograph of Herbert Hansen and, at last, know his name and that Mizer took the picture.
