Jerry Cooper

Since I loved his smile in the images you can see in this post on the blog, I did some searching and uncovered these photographs of Jerry Cooper.

Though I still need confirmation, I believe these images were likely taken by David Martin, who took extensive notes on his models and wrote Jerry was on Stanford University's swim team and played water polo at the time he was photographed.
