I was a friend of Zaro dating back to the days when we were in the Air Force stationed in Florida in the late 50s. He lived in Phoenix, AZ and sadly passed away about two years ago at the age of 74.

Hi Mike. I visited Zaro at his home in Phoenix about 2 years before he passed away. He showed me his photo albums containing many pics of him as a bodybuilder and a model for physique photographers. Even in his 70s, he still looked very handsome and kept in good shape. I miss him. Ennio
