In the seventh volume of Bruce of Los Angeles' magazine, The Male Figure, he writes that these photographs were taken of Alex Aronis between the time he played football at Hollywood High School and the U. S. Naval Academy.
I have more images of Alex posing for other photographers that I will post in due course.
