Rudolph Koppitz

Between World War I and II, the photography of nude adults solidly established itself as a decorative art form in Europe.

Rudolph Koppitz took these photographs in the 1920's.

One is titled "Two Brothers;" the other is a self-portrait.

Critics and collectors remain quite enthusiastic of his work, especially his images of female nudes, "Bewegungsstudie" or "Motion Study" the most famous.

He died on July 8, 1936.
