Here are two more great photographs of Eugene Meyer taken by the Athletic Model Guild.
Eugene appears on the cover of the fall, 1954 issue of Bob Mizer's magazine, Physique Pictorial.
Mizer writes in that issue that "Gene's early development came from gymnastic exercises (particularly the Roman Rings on which he was a champion) but he later turned to barbells which made it possible for him to gain a 19 inch arm."
