UPDATED JUNE 16, 2012: Today, I showed this photograph to Dennis Bell, who owns much of Bob Mizer's estate. Though Bell cannot yet identify this model, he suspects this image was taken by Mizer, who employed a similar halo effect with other models at the Athletic Model Guild.

In 2010, Dennis Bell established the non-profit Bob Mizer Foundation, Inc. to preserve Mizer’s work and to promote and preserve the progressive and controversial photography of other artists.
